Dr. Lin Haoding holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tunghai University, Taiwan, a Master's degree in International Finance and Law from Southern New Hampshire University, USA, and a Ph.D. in Civil and Commercial Law from Peking University Law School. He has served as a judicial assistant at the Taoyuan District Court of Taiwan High Court, a legal advisor to the board of directors at a renowned financial group in Hong Kong, and passed the Chinese mainland lawyer's license examination. Additionally, he worked as an economic and legal researcher at the China Credit Research Center, School of Economics, Peking University. Dr. Lin is proficient in commercial laws and regulations in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States, as well as the establishment of offshore companies (such as in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and Samoa), foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory requirements for financial and capital markets in these regions.

Dr. Lin Haoding specializes in assisting enterprises and overseas clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and beyond in setting up companies or funds, arranging equity structures, designing transaction structures, and preparing legal documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements while achieving business objectives. He also oversees a dedicated team in Shenzhen and Hong Kong specializing in European investment immigration.

1. Collaboration between a Hong Kong-funded company and the Xinhua Daqing Property Rights Exchange in Mainland China, involving foreign direct investment and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
