Attorney Ren Peng graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master's degree. He began his legal career in 2014 and is currently a partner at Beijing Yunting Law Firm.

Attorney Ren's primary areas of expertise include criminal defense and dispute resolution involving foreign affairs (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). He has represented numerous criminal and foreign-related dispute resolution cases of various types, accumulating extensive practical legal experience in the process.

Currently, Attorney Ren serves as a member of the Maritime Business Research Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association in Beijing and an external tutor at the Liberal Arts and Law School of Beijing University of Technology.   1. Represented the founder of a well-known agricultural machinery enterprise accused of duty encroachment and forgery of company seals. After three trials, the prosecution withdrew the case, and a decision of non-prosecution was obtained.
  2. Represented all employees of a foreign-funded enterprise accused of fraud. Through efforts, bail was granted for all defendants, and compulsory measures were lifted upon expiration of the legal time limit.
  3. Represented Yan, the principal offender in a case of illegal fund-raising involving over RMB 100 million in Shanghai. He successfully argued for a relatively lenient sentence.
  4. Represented Zhang, the principal offender in a case of infringement of citizens' personal information in Beijing.
  5. Represented Wang, the principal offender in a suspected drug trafficking case in Beijing.
  6. Represented Wang in a suspected contract fraud case involving Lei in Beijing.

Selected Foreign Affairs and Civil & Commercial Litigation Cases (Partial):

  1. Represented a well-known Taiwanese freight forwarding enterprise in initiating litigation within China, recovering cumulative losses exceeding RMB 1 million through enforcement and mediation after winning the case.
  2. Represented a key investment attraction enterprise in a lease contract dispute with a local government, reducing losses by hundreds of thousands of yuan for the enterprise.
  3. Represented investors in suing a well-known local private equity fund partnership, winning the case in a local court that had not previously handled similar cases, and recovering cumulative losses exceeding RMB 1 million through enforcement and mediation after winning the case.
  4. Represented a decoration company in Beijing in a labor dispute, where the employee claimed compensation of over RMB 240,000. After appearing in court, both parties reached a settlement agreement for RMB 50,000, effectively achieving the purpose of loss prevention for the company.
  5. Represented a logistics company in Beijing in a group labor dispute, with all arbitration claims from the laborers being rejected at the arbitration stage.
  6. Represented the defendant in a contract dispute case involving a logistics company in Beijing, with the court ultimately dismissing all claims of the plaintiff.
